How new (EU) rules of data protection change the behavior of governments and digital citizens

GDPR is a regulation that will change the digital world not only in European Union, but also elsewhere.

During the panel we will discuss, what exactly the GDPR is, why it is needed and what the policymakers in other countries should know about it.

Also, we will raise a question, whether it is good or bad for digital innovation and if the citizens of digital societies benefit from it.
