Artificial Intelligence and Big Data analysis in e-governance

The presentation discusses three interrelated topics. First it shows the volume and detail of data produced by Estonian e-governance infrastructure. Second, it demonstrates selected application prototypes from the field of predictive economics that have been built using that data. And third, it forwards examples on third-generation predictive e-services that use machine learning to forecast likely behavior for smarter government driven interventions and that are currently in development.
