Aktors is a software development company with more than 10 years of experience and its owners and employees having about 25 years of experience in e-Governance field, building the e-Government backbone of Estonia, which is called X-Road. We concentrate on software development, consultations and training.

In addition to e-government solutions, Aktors has also a strong position and expertise in creating different solutions for financial sector as well as various projects in the field of defence and homeland security.
