Olexandr Ryzhenko is the Director of the State Agency for e-Governance of Ukraine under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The Agency is responsible for the implementation of state policy in the spheres of e-government, informatization and information society development. Mr Ryzhenko was appointed as the Director of State Agency for E-Governance of Ukraine in August 2014. He is responsible for the management of all aspects of information and technology needed to support the State Government ITC development and its constituents. Before becoming the head of the Agency he worked in the public sector (ICT and e-Governance) for 10 years. Mr Ryzenko has qualifications in system engineering and a masters degree in administrative management.
