Mihkel Solvak is a technology researcher and manager at the Center of IT Impact Studies (CITIS), established in 2015. CITIS works with big data generated by public e-services to prototype and build third generation data driven predictive e-services using various machine learning tools. He has done extensive research on the usage and impact of e-services (especially e-voting) and is currently focusing on e-services broadly described as “real-time predictive economics”.
