Mai Selke is an Expert-Advisor for e-Residency Program in Estonian Police and Border Guard Board’s Development Department. Mai has close to 10 years of experience in organizational process management and improvement. Currently she is focusing on developing a robust organizational structure for issuing e-residency digital identity cards at the Police and Border Guard Board. She has a background in law and has worked in administrative court for several years as a court counsel. She has also worked in Estonian Ministry of Justice as a development advisor on regulating Estonian court system. She was also representing Estonia in the European Commission while working in the Ministry of Justice.
