Liina Kurvits
Analyst at Public Service Infosystem Department, Tallinn City

Liina Kurvits is analyst of Public Services at Public Service Infosystem Department. The objective is to widen design knowledge and service design methodology inside the city organization. The main responsibilities are analyzing City of Tallinn public services, communicating the information more easily to citizens and participating City strategic planning work.

Liina joined City Office team second time at the beginning of this year but she has 10 years’ experience as head of the Information department at City Office before.

Liina has also worked as Project manager for different design Project for Estonian private companies, years 2003 – 2005 she worked as Estonian Quality Award assessor. Liina is also involved with charity foundation Carolin Illenzeeri Fond.

Liina Kurvits graduated in 2000 from Estonian Business School with M.A. degree in business management, thesis about quality management at public sector. This summer she also graduates Estonian Art Academy design department with second BA degree, thesis about service design at local government.
